Studio Information

Rental Options:

  • Hourly (2 hour minimum)

    • $100 per hour for the entire studio

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours)

    • $350 for the entire studio

    • This option is perfect for mini sessions!

  • Full Day (up to 8 hours)

    • $700 for the entire studio

    • This option is perfect for mini sessions!

  • Membership (up to 10 hours per month, no less than 2 hours per session)

Studio Size: 2400 sq./ft. 13-ft ceilings

Shooting Bays (click the name of each shooting bay below to see photos of the space):

  • Studio B- Furnished private boudoir studio with moody natural light and monochrome teal color scheme

  • Main Street - Living Room Set with faux graffiti wall

  • Bold Bay - Seamless Paper studio with 6 backdrop options

  • Atrium Bay - Natural or studio light space with a retro-inspired monochrome green wall and an atrium wall

  • Northern Exposure - Small natural light studio with white walls and cement flooring, perfect for tabletop product photography or headshots

Other Spaces:

  • Style Lounge - a hair / makeup studio

  • Snack Bar - A galley kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker

  • Restrooms - Two gender neutral, wheelchair accessible restrooms

  • Main Street IPS - This shooting area doubles as an In Person Sales area, complete with a digital projector so you can showcase your work to prospective clients (must supply your own laptop)

Accessories:

  • Two 8’ high rolling walls that can be used as backgrounds or partitions

  • Godox flash lighting system, including 2 AD600 Pros, 2 AD300 Pros, 4 AD200 Pros, and multiple light modifiers

  • Godox and Lume Cube continuous lights

  • Greenhouse Atrium Wall - 8’x 10’ semi-transparent wall with faux plants

  • Antique Window Wall - 8’ x 10’ semi-transparent wall made with 19th century glass windows

  • An acrylic claw-foot bathtub that can be used with or without water (if you would like to utilize the tub with water in it, please indicate them in the message box when filling out our contact form, as it will require additional coordination and may impact rental timing)

  • Product photography table

  • 20+ fabric backdrops (including holiday-themed backdrops)

  • 5+ colors of seamless paper backdrops
